MUDDZ WARRANTY

Our boots are guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects with the exception of fair wear and tear.  Some boots are only suitable for light fashion wear as opposed to general use as detailed in the product specific label.  If in doubt please contact your Muddz retailer or our customer service team.  If for any reason within the first year you have reason for complaint, please contact your place of purchase in the first instance.  Boots should be cleaned thoroughly and returned to your Muddz dealer together with a proof of purchase.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
